Murray Lyons

Murray Lyons is co-author of ‘The 1% Difference’ book and creator of the Profit Adventure™ business simulations. Ten years ago a client approached Murray and his partners to see if there was a way to help employees discover in an experiential way the difference their daily decisions made to profitability.

After an extensive search no solutions were found and so he and his partners began a lengthy process of developing and testing an experiential solution which eventually became known as Profit Adventure™ that proved to be a pivotal turning point as 10,000 -15,000 employees have now participated in that program. Kelly Lyons

Kelly’s twenty years of operational and executive management experience in the United States and Canada give him instant credibility.  Kelly worked his way up from an entry level sales position to VP of Sales & Marketing for a billion dollar organization and held countless positions on his journey. His extensive experience enables him to teach others how to make the small changes in business that have the most sustaining and positive financial impacts.

In addition to his classroom work and speaking engagements and co-authoring a book titled ‘The 1% Difference’ Kelly has been involved in the acquisition of more than sixty businesses, providing due-diligence services, facilitating assimilation exercises and supporting organizations that have and will be merged. Barry Ronan

Barry concentrates on acquisition activities, operational programs and training and development programs for managers and sales representatives to enhance corporate profitability. The goal in all cases is to focus on initiatives that will result in significant sales and earnings growth in less than one year.

With over 25 years experience in executive level management Barry can clearly communicate what it’s like to run a business from an executive level position. [more]

Tom Kirsch

Tom has an Accounting degree from Loyola University – Chicago and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University. His entire career was with Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). He served in a variety of senior roles such as Corporate Controller, Division Controller and Director – Sales and Marketing Services. A few of his responsibilities included Brand Management, Promotional merchandise programs and Sales force selection decision support systems. [more]
